We are pleased to announce that work has officially begun on the Crystal Mountain Manufactured Home Community Project in Enumclaw, WA. SRM Construction is managing the land development phase starting with the logging of more than 25 acres in preparation for grading work which includes moving more than 120,000 cubic yards of soil to grade the site. The project consists of 128 home sites and will offer residents amenities such as a community garden, dog park, bocce ball, horseshoe and pickleball courts.
Last month, SRM Interiors and the SRM Construction crew completed some heavy lifting at Westmont of Cypress with the installation of furnishings and artwork — 683 pieces of furniture, 313 accessories and 220 pieces of art, to be exact! And at the nearby site of the Barton Place Retail Development, all interior mechanical, electrical, plumbing and drywall finishes are complete. We are very excited to be presenting these projects to the community of Cypress very soon!
