This 125 unit independent and assisted living  is part of a larger intergenerational project located within a short distance of Seattle’s University Village shopping center and the University of Washington campus. The project was a finalist for the Urban Land Institute’s most prestigious award, the Award for Excellence, and received the Citation of Merit Award from Design and Environments for Aging.
