We begin 2016 with the completion of The Meyden in Bellevue, WA. The retail space in this mixed-use is already 100% pre-leased. Our other Washington project in Ballard is moving along swiftly and is schedule for completion later this year. In California, projects continue to progress despite the El Nino rains.
