10…9…8… The launching of Merrill Gardens at Rockridge is nearly upon us! Construction has one month to finish their work before moving vans show up with furnishings. The units are complete and our punch team is focused on the details, from pristine tiling to lush gardens. The building has been well received by the neighboring community and interest from future residents has been strong with 86 deposits to date! This 127-unit project is scheduled to receive certificate of occupancy by the end of February and keys will be turned over to the operations team in March.
The common areas along with the exterior site work are coming together nicely and we are looking forward to delivering another successful senior housing project in The City of Oakland by month’s end.
