The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle recently acquired a nearly 1.2-acre site, and we are very excited to be partnering with them as the developer of The Empowerment Center! The new building will be used as Urban League’s headquarters and including up to 250 affordable units, which will be available to residents earning up to 60% of the area median income. The project is anticipated to start summer of 2025.
As for a few of our other projects, the West Building of Gridline Apartments received permits to occupy and is already roughly 35% leased. On both Westmont of Culver City and Bellara Senior Living, scaffolding is starting to come down on the exterior and neighbors are getting their first glimpse of our projects!
