The concrete work at our Merrill Gardens at Monterey project topped-out in March; giving the crew the perfect reason to throw a barbecue to celebrate with subcontractors and vendors. Monterey welcomed 75 guests to the site giving them a look at progress that has been made. The three duplexes are now framed and interior, mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in is underway. The main building framing is making substantial progress and the building envelope work will begin next month. Excavation for the 30,000 gal rain water harvesting tank will begin later this month. The site and complexity of this project is really starting to take shape! Check out the video to see just how far this site has progressed.
