The Perle will be an upscale apartment community consisting of two towers with a total of 230 units, covering 206,501 square feet of residential. There will also be 9 loft units in Tower A along NE 12th Street and underground parking for 219 vehicles. Various amenities will include a public outdoor plaza, ground level common areas, sky lounges, leasing office, courtyard, and bike storage. 

This project is targeting LEED Gold.
