This 70-unit apartment project was master leased to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center for patient family housing.  The Hutchinson Center also runs a private school for the families of residents in the first floor commercial space. 

Near the end of the initial lease term the property was purchased by Fred Hutch.
