Merrill Gardens at Renton is an existing assisted living facility and we constructed a 6-story addition to the current building containing 30 assisted living residential units, 13 memory care units and 11 transitional units. There is also 9,244 square feet of ground-floor common area along with the renovation of the commercial kitchen and bistro area of the existing building.
