Both of our projects in Oakland and Rancho Cucamonga are making excellent progress! With the window installation and roofing underway at the Baxter on Broadway site, workers will now be moving onto the interior drywall and finish portions of the project while the townhomes have begun to take shape. Merrill Gardens at Rancho Cucamonga has experienced tremendous production on structural concrete and wood framing with interior insulation and the drywall process beginning shortly.
