We’re excited to announce that the Nuovo affordable workforce housing project will be completed in April, with pre-leasing beginning next month! This first phase of our two-part development will offer below-market housing units for residents earning 80%-100% AMI. Half the units are 2 bedrooms, and the other half are 1 bedroom. Amenities will include covered parking, a clubhouse, a community room, a fitness and yoga room, bicycle storage, and an outdoor courtyard with family play areas, BBQs, fire pits, and patio lounge seating – just to name a few!
