The main entry road into the site off of Iris Canyon Road paved with an asphalt base course. Checkout the video above that we took in October. The boom is placing concrete for the first slab of the level 1 post-tension deck. The deck has since been stressed and a second adjoining slab was poured on November 6. The Monterey site will have a unique feature of a water treatment facility. Five fresh water wells will supply all of the potable water to the project. The water will be routed to the water treatment plant, and then stored for use by the facility. The treatment plant will take approximately 7 months to complete including commissioning and testing. This project is making great progress and wood framing will begin early next year!
