We’re excited to share the latest progress on The Vered Senior Living:
Street Improvement: Wrapping up this week! Our new sidewalk, driveway approach, and driveway are now complete. We’ve also installed new streetlights and planted trees.
Common Area Finishes: Tile flooring in our large common spaces is complete, with the remaining LVT flooring finishing this week. Custom casework and countertop installations are underway and scheduled to complete in February.
Units: Substantially complete and currently undergoing owner punch.
FFE Installation: Scheduled for March.
Final Steps: We’re ready and waiting for permanent power, which will trigger our final inspection schedule for the Certificate of Occupancy (CofO).
