We are excited to share that progress at Novelle Senior Living in San Jose, CA, is moving swiftly!
Interior Highlights:
Level 4 units: Cabinets, countertops, flooring, and appliances are now installed.
Level 3 units: Texturing and painting are complete, with cabinets, millwork, and flooring also in place.
Our finish teams are currently focused on the common areas of Levels 1 and 2.
Commercial Kitchen:
The walk-in cooler and custom stainless-steel tables have been delivered and installed, and the kitchen equipment will be installed this month.
Exterior Developments:
All off-site work is set to wrap up this month.
Landscape crews are actively pouring concrete in the courtyard and will begin planting by the end of the month.
