We’re excited that we’ve hit structural concrete top-out with our Level 3 PT Deck at Altaire at Jackson Park, with all shoring/re-shore being removed this month. Currently, we’re progressing with wood framing on the third floor podium, load bearing wall framing is substantially complete on Level 3 and we have begun rolling joists on Level 4.
We’ll receive our first batch of windows toward the end of the month, marking the start of the drying-in process for the lower levels. Additionally, scaffolding will be erected on the south façade this month in preparation for exterior waterproofing and finishing touches.
