SRM Development has recently completed another signature Merrill Gardens project in Huntington Beach California. This Merrill Gardens is a cottage style facility with exterior stone and lap siding elements reminiscent of the surrounding beach community. The building interior features a trellised dining area including a private dining room, bistro, grand piano, pool table and library. The residents are also provided with an activity center that includes a movie theatre, fitness center and beauty salon. The main exterior plaza includes a stack stone barbecue island and bocce court surrounding a multi tiered fountain. This Merrill facility consists of independent and assisted living as well as a memory care wing called the Garden House. The Garden house area has a large common living and dining area with retro appliances providing a reminiscent feel and its own courtyard patio with trellises and a basalt fountain. The overall tones of the project are one of quiet elegance with contemporary amenities.
