At our Merrill Gardens job site in West Covina, California, we have completed the framing at Level 1 of the Memory Care units and the common areas! Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in for Level 1 is well underway with insulation and drywall scheduled to begin this month. During July, we made significant progress on structural framing above our Level 2 concrete podium and we are scheduled to be 100% complete with framing by mid-October.
Window installation and building envelope work on the western section of our project commenced earlier in July and is nearing completion, which will trigger the start of exterior finishes. Soon, insulation and drywall will be able to start in the Assisted Living units!
