The month of June marks a few big milestones on the Westmont of Cypress project. The first major milestone is the placement of our Level 2 concrete PT deck which marks top-out and the completion of structural concrete on this project! The second milestone is production framing start and progress for both the Assisted Living and Memory Care Buildings. The Assisted Living Building got an early jump in May and we are currently framing Level 2 walls and Level 3 floors. The Memory Care Building began framing on June 4th and is looking to play catch up with the Assisted Living Building.
We have an exciting couple months ahead with the framing of both buildings on our project. Looking forward to seeing the progress over the summer months!
