Bellevue Way at Main is going vertical! We poured half of the podium level concrete deck last month and have begun wood framing on the first of four floors. We will complete the remaining concrete deck that is currently shored in the next few weeks and wood framing will continue over the next 4 months. Electrical and plumbing installations continue in the garage levels and the final retail slab on grade will be poured this month.
