Crews are now complete with all residential drywall work. Common area drywall will continue through May. Exterior cladding at the roof level is wrapping up and we are working on our site work and street improvements around the building. The retail space is 100% leased and tenant improvement work will begin by the end of the month. The Emerald City School is scheduled to be complete in August.
