We have reason to celebrate! SRM Development was named #2 in the category of Small Business and #6 overall for the inaugural Inland Northwest Best Place to Work Awards.
Over forty companies in the Inland Northwest submitted information about their employment practices and benefits to be eligible. The employers and employees also took part in an anonymous survey that measured everything from benefits, policies and practices to workplace experience and employee satisfaction. Only those businesses whose cumulative employee responses met the criteria in eight different areas made the list! This year, 25 employers were honored by the Spokane Journal of Business.
