This adaptive reuse project converted a vacant department store building in downtown Spokane into 42,450 square feet of Class A office space including SRM’s corporate headquarters. Completed in 2007, Banner Bank occupies the ground floor space. The other tenants include some of the leading  financial service, legal, and advertising firms in Spokane. The building amenities include:
