It’s been almost nine months since Foushée & Associates started construction at the site of Google Phase III in Kirkland, WA and things are looking good!
The south half of the building is scheduled to top out at the end of this month, and onsite crews look forward to starting the race to the top at the north half of the building. The first two north deck placements are complete, and the first two placements of the next level will finish by May 1st. With the south half structure near completion, structural steel and metal framing install will kick off this month, and wall panels will go up soon thereafter.
We are also excited about kicking off the Feriton Spur Park improvements, which include the relocation of the caboose and addition of a splash pad water feature and community amphitheater, and the on-campus lane lowering scope for a future pedestrian bridge.
