Kirkland, Google and SRM Development have once again won a VISION 2040 Award from the Puget Sound Regional Council for the Cross Kirkland Corridor Park. This series of awards acknowledges inventive projects and programs that help provide a sustainable future as the region grows.
The recreational space, which runs between Google’s campuses, includes a sand volleyball court, basketball court, Crossfit/TRX fitness section and zipline. This park doesn’t just represent a $3 million investment by Google, but its growing relationship with the city! To view this year’s other award winners, click here.
