The Century project is in the process of wrapping up all interior finishes and preparing for final inspections. Curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements are being installed at the street level and landscaping is taking place on the roof. The retail space and future home of The Emerald City School is on schedule for substantial completion near the end of June. The Emerald City School and the residential portion of the building will be complete and ready for occupants by 9/1/14.
