We are making great progress on Phase II of the Google project and are scheduled to turnover the shell and core in April 2015. The last elevated structural concrete slab was poured November 4th and we are preparing to remove the 2nd tower crane by the end of November. Exterior envelope work is in progress on the southern portion of the project and structural steel installation is on going in the northern portion of the project. Roofing crews are working to dry the building in and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams are at full stride.
