Our Merrill Gardens work site has been battling the rain, but it hasn’t hampered progress. The crew is doing a fantastic job keep this project on course. Temporary heat has been installed to prepare the building for finishes. The roof is complete and drywall installation is ongoing. On the exterior, window installation is complete, exterior cladding systems are underway. The tower crane has been dismantled and the building permanent water and fire connections to be made this month. We are excited to see the scaffolding dismantled and show the newest addition to the Ballard neighborhood in coming months.
