The spring has sprung at our Merrill Gardens site in Oakland, CA. The crew is looking forward to drier conditions with a little more sunshine. The vertical progression on this 127-unit senior housing project is almost at the 5th floor top-out point which will happen in the coming weeks. The building envelope work has begun with window installation on the lower floor. Rough in on the lower levels is progressing with plumbing and mechanical work underway. This building is taking shape and we are excited for the progress to come.
