About the Project
The V Bellevue Apartments is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use residential community delivering 166 modern apartment homes supported by 6,880 square feet of common amenity space and 149 parking stalls in the heart of Bellevue. The project offers a diverse range of unit types designed to support a variety of living arrangements and housing needs.
The unit mix includes 27 studios, 34 open studios, 34 one-bedroom / one-bath residences, 43 one-bedroom / one-bath residences with dens, and 28 two-bedroom / two-bath homes.
Residents will enjoy a curated set of amenities designed to support daily convenience and community, including secure storage areas, a dedicated mail and parcel room, a fitness room, a business/work-from-home area, and an on-site dog run, along with integrated building services and structured parking.
Scheduled completion is Q4 2027.
Scheduled Work
Abatement began on 2/17 and is now nearing completion. Demolition followed on 2/25 and continues to progress smoothly, with one of the four existing buildings fully removed and the remaining structures on track to be demolished within the next week. Once demolition is complete, the team will transition directly into clearing and grubbing activities, followed by mass excavation.
Planned Street Interruptions
Lane closures on NE 12th Street will remain in place this week to accommodate debris hauling, and additional closures are anticipated along 102nd Ave NE later this month as excavation ramps up.

Please be aware of changing conditions in the public right-of-way as sidewalk and street conditions are ever changing. Heavy equipment is entering and exiting the jobsite regularly.
